I can relate. OH!!! Those cold winters. You would get goose bumps where you shouldn't have goose bunps.
Now this is a fancy outhouse what with the seat and lid. When I was growing up, ours was simply two holes cut in a board seat. Ah, the memories. Makes me grateful for an indoor bathroom.
I don't think I would have been able to stand those!
