Hoarfrost:
a grayish-white crystalline deposit of frozen water vapor formed
in clear still weather on vegetation, fences, etc.
This is what I'm talking about when I say Winter is just beautiful!!!
Yesterday morning, I couldnt help myself,
I grabbed my camera and set out to take some photo's of the area,
then later Rick and I continued to enjoy this beauty as we took a short road trip.
I think the best part is the dramatic white (as snow) against the vivid blue sky
I got out of my car for this close up
Just driving along...
This photo really doesn't do this tree justice....believe me it was breathtaking!
Cant go on a road trip without a barn photo.

You capture the beauty of winter, Jackie! I wish my poor old decrepit joints could stand the brutal cold. Thanks for sharing your gift. Btw...I agree....a perfect blue sky is the loveliest of backdrops.
