I have wanted to take dance lessons for along time, so in February (with a "pretty-pleeeeese" look in my face) I asked Rick if he would like to learn to dance with me. Graciously, without much hesitation... he agreed. I have to say, I'm a pretty spoiled and loved wife and Rick will do about anything for me...he is such a sport and through it all
he has become quite a smooth little West Coast Swinger .

After I got his affirmation I asked our friends Kirk & Cheri if they would like to join us in this grand adventure. I was thrilled when Cheri responded with an email that said.....
"He said Yes ! ! ! "

We took our lessons at the "Bluemoon Ballroom"
Our instuctor was Fred and his wife Myrna.

the four of us have learned several basic and advanced steps to the
"West Coast Swing".
It's really a fun dance, and we had a good time learning together.

There is sooooo much more for Rick and I to learn and perfect with this dance! We will need to practice , practice, practice and hopefully, someday....we'll be good at it :)

Now, if you'll excuse me... I need to go find my guy and dance a bit before dinner.......
