I was beginning to wonder if any of them would LOOK LIKE me?
Brianna was our first and the spitting image of the McAlister clan (rick's mom side of the family). Then came Brice, when he was very young he look like his dad but soon developed his OWN looks. It took awhile for me to figure out who he looked like but after seeing a picture of my cousin, I was shocked to see the resemblance to the THOMAS SIDE (my Mom's dad ).
When Gavin (my third) came along I was plesantly surprised that I actually got one that resembled me.
Here we are at age 3 (or so) Me on the Left and Gavin on the right.
I guess we both liked to dig in the dirt...Ha
Here we are now....Not looking so much alike but Gavin definately has the ERICKSON features.
Isnt funny how we can see resemblances in our kids from relatives that arent necessarily from our immediate family. Some day I gotta post that pic of my cousin that looks like Brice...it's cool stuff.
I didn't realize until recently that Gavin resembles you, especially in those 3yr old pics. I'm glad one of us looks like you! And yes, you should find that pic of your cousin that looks like Brice and post it for the peeps to see!

ReplyDeletewhere did he get those beautiful eyes though? That color...i've never seen eyes that color green before. so pretty....anyway, glad he takes after his mama! someone had to!
