Its starting to look like a "dorm room".

Our Graduation Gift to Gavin.....SURPRISE :)

He may not be "going away" to college, but that doesnt mean he cant have a "Dorm room"!

Gavin is Stayin home this fall and attending RCTC ( the college here in town). We thought it would be fun for him to have a make-shift dorm room in his own bedroom here at home. So, for graduation we got him a 32' flat screen for his room. We gave it to him tonight.

We never let the kids have TV's in their rooms while in high school, because we wanted to promote family time and we didnt want to miss there lives as they sat for hours on end in their room watching TV or playing XBOX.

But now that he's in college we saw it fitting to give him more privacy, and the ability to have his own little sweet haven to go, just as if he had a dorm room.

Only 1 rule....

If mom and dad are watching the same program in the room outside his "dorm", he must come out and watch with us :)

I think the guy on the floor is a little bit jealous, Ha
