Spring-time in February

I hate to bore you all with talk about the weather

 but it's so darn crazy this year and worthy of talkin' about

On any given normal day in February, in Minnesota we are all hoarded up inside

sipping on hot chocolate with the fireplace keeping us toasty warm.

Not this year, we  I am still waiting for the big snow fall, you know the one

that drops 8-10 inches all at once. I still haven't put socks on this winter....

Why would I, it's 40 degrees.

Yesterday we got out to play a little and run some steam off.

Audrey, Chris and Brianna came over for a few hours in the afternoon and we played...

OUTSIDE

with light jackets on, no need for hats or mittens

 She still likes to push her trike instead of ride it.

 Chris hates dislikes winter so he will do anything to

get rid of any evidence there might be  :)

I'm a winter lover eagerly waiting for winter to arrive, but yesterday was fun

a chance to get out of the house and play.... Mild temps forecasted for the rest of the week, sigh
