Feeling blessed by an absolutely beautiful Saturday
Got up early to enjoy the sun and peacefulness
"The Steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;

Spent some time (over breakfast) with my Brice & Jennifer who are staying with us for the weekend
Had lunch on the deck with my guy, and youngest Gavin.
Got the lawn mowed and a car washed.
Made chicken/macaroni salad and chip dip to take to my daughter's.
Looking forward to family time as we celebrate Carson's first birthday this afternoon.
Foercast says more rain and possible storms.... lets hope it hold off !

ReplyDeleteHow can Carson possibly be one already? It seems just like yesterday that he was born. Sounds like you are having the best of weekends with sunshine and family time. The best! I appreciate, too, the uplifting bible verses.
ReplyDeleteYah, time just goes too fast. His actual birthday is next Saturday, so we will cherish his babyhood for one more week, then he'll be an official "1". The party was wonderful, and Carson was his sweet little self....good times with family :)

ReplyDeleteYep, first showdown in the new house. Brianna & Chris were great hosts,and put out a yummy meal. It was good to have the whole family around...gotta love those kids :)
