A mix of photography, recipes, personal thoughts, faith, and lots of family stuff, but not necessarily in that order.

I know my redeemer lives...

Really, Easter isn't just about one day a year...

I Love this song by Nicole Mullen,
the lyrics are beautiful and the song is perfectly fitting for Easter.

(Click on the arrow in the middle, wait a few seconds for music to start)
"I know my redeemer lives"

Who taught the sun where to stand in the morning?
Who told the ocean you can only come this far?
Who showed the moon where to hide til' evening?
Whose words alone can catch a falling star?

Well I know my Redeemer lives
I know my redeemer lives
all of creation testify
This life within me cries

I invite you to really listen to the words
as you check out my favorite photo's of our Easter celebration
4 generations under one roof, 29 people in all.... Enjoy

  1. Aww, love all these pictures. I love my family and how everyone cares so much about everyone else, and how everyone invests time in the little ones. Love the one of Carson being 'pulled in', that's hilarious! Great pics Mom! xoxo

  4. Oh, how I love all of these photos. A house filled with family on a holiday is the best. I miss those days.

    1. I was sad not to get a family photo, too many people going to many directions.... little ones napping at different times, others leaving for a bit to take a drive and so on. But I cherish the time spent with all my family on Dad's side. It's been awhile :)
