Cade and Noah with Brianna ( our youth minister's little guys)
We had soooo many great memories in our little camper, but the truth is... The kids are grown and we aint been camping since 2003 as a family. I'm thankful for all the fun times we had hanging out together as a family, So many sweet adventures. Oh, and how can I forget the great times when we camped with the Dietzmans and the other Hemmer's. We even camped with Rick and Cindy once at Oxbow. I think I will make a camping scrapbook to have all the great memories and pictures in one spot.
The best part is that we sold it to our youth minister who also has 3 kids,(one girl andd 2 boys) . I know they will take good care of it, and I know they already love it cuz they took it over night on Friday. They already have one great memory they shared with us. Sometime after midnight on Friday night their sweet little baby girl Sadie fell out of the camper and landed on grass below. They woke up to a screaming baby and after a minute or two found her outside on the ground. The good thing is that she was ok, just scrared. Even after this episode...they still Loved and wanted the camper.....Next time Todd will secure the canvas on the sides and Sadie will not fall out. That memory is a hard one to match . (except for the other Hemmer's...but Ryan never hit the ground)
You sold the camper and I was going to use it this summer. Now I have to stay home. Dratz.
