Two of our adult children have left the nest and gotten themselves married
the other one is still here... well sort of,
He's 19 and spreading his wings !
Our Children had, (and still have) lots of great friends and as our kids flew off....so did their friends. Some of them still show up from time to time, but less as the years go by.
As I was going through some old pictures the other day, I found some photos that reminded me how much I miss my kids and the friends. There were always kids around the house... I miss that !
Brianna and a few of her friends...
Hard to be serious for even a minute.
BFF's Brianna & Cara
Brice and his clan

Make the food...and they will come :)Notice the snow... basketball was played all year long (and still is) Gavin - Cody -Andrew
The mexican pumpkin, Andrew & Gavin
Gavin and his band.... Practice in our living room was loud, but I loved it
Lets not forget about New Years Eve
For many years...
New year's Eve was always at our house...I miss that
Games to start the night
Then ending with the "ball dropping in Time Square
10...9...8...7...
Apparently, Brice and Jenny cant count
Back in the olden days, great fun.
ReplyDeleteaww, what fun! Time goes by so quickly!
ReplyDeleteSigh, there are SO many phases in life...weird huh. I miss lots of things too! You've always had a wide open house ready to make anyone feel welcome and comfortable. It's weird to think that someday I'll (hopefully) have kids and their friends hanging around the house! And, I would just like to point out, that I think New Years is still at your house, if I can scamper there in time from work! Sorry us lil' birdies have flew away, but aren't you just lucky that you come see you everyday, muahaha. LOVE YOU!!! You da best.
ReplyDeletePS: I love Gavin and Andrew and their Mexican obsession, I miss those two.
