This was my dream too Audrey, this is the first year we've organized a trip with just our family. It has been fun and all I had hoped for. Three of the kids had to leave on Tuesday, sadly they couldnt be here the whole week, Work schedules, etc, but we were glad to have then anytime we could, we certainly made the most of our time.
DeleteWow! You couldn't have chosen a better week to do the 'lake thing'! Making tons of memories for sure. Growing up, my fam vacation time was spent towards Duluth or Alexandria/Lake Mille Lacs. Didn't do much swimming there, though. But growing up in the Twin Cities, I was at the beach every day (Lake Phalen/East Side of St.P). Enjoy and look forward to future vaca posts! Hugs.......
