Oven roasted spaghetti and meatballs

Supper tonight involved a little more work (for me that is)

...but it was worth it (I think he agreed)



A little more involved than just opening a jar of Ragu'

Mix all the sauce ingredients

put it in a 9x13 pan

mix up the meatball ingred. put em on top of the sauce and put it all in the oven

Cook it
(the aroma in the house is amazing)

After about 45 minutes
Pull it out of the oven.

remove the meatballs, set them aside and...
blend the sauce in a food processor/blender

~Cook up some spaghetti~

add the noodles to the blended sauce

and there you have it

A very yummy spaghetti & meatballs

Ricks comment," I'm surprised how good this is... I didn't know how the sauce would taste, it's kind of light colored (looks different)"

My comment back to him, " that's because there's no red food coloring in it !"

Like in Ragu'
