You cant really take a bad flower picture...

Took my new camera outside the house last evening to
try it in "auto mode".
Here's my first few pictures....

I just had to try the panoramic mode...
so that was kinda fun :)

    My favorite is the lilacs too! And that panoramic is really cool, that could come in really handy. Glad you're having a good time with your new "friend" Jackie!
