Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone.

Yesterday was my actual birthday...
Rick and I had lunch with Our son Brice and Daughter-in-love Jenny
I tried something I've never have before, can you guess what it is...
Hint.... it comes from the sea

Calamari....squid
ewwwww!!!
I continue to stay true to the fact that I do not like anything that comes out of the water
No thank you Brice, but hey....at least I tried.

I spent the day with my awesome husband, had coffee, shopped a bit, lunch with kids, he bought me a lovely new chair just for me,  we watched the grands for a few hours, ending my special day with  the movie Pi.  It's been a busy couple days but i wouldn't want it any other way, I'm thankful for my amazing family, good health and Life..... It's all good  :)

  1. A belated Happy Birthday!

Totally agree with you on the "wouldn't have it any other way." What a beautiful family you have.

And that old table and chairs in that first photo are pretty sweet too.
